    If thats the only other code on your site then I will definitely test it out. Is it possible to paste in the code again. The text editor seemed to have escaped some characters. :)

    Its very weird how the tags save for posts but not for media images. Anyways, without having access to your server files its not possible for me to determine whats going wrong. All I know is that it has to do with your plugin you have installed to add tags to media images. Since our plugin works as advertised, I regret to inform you that there is nothing more I can do without FTP access.

    Also, it would be hard for me to explain to you what to check and test for while modifying your server files. Sorry for the bad answer but its all I can do :(

    Ok we fixed the one issue at least haha :) Now the only way to really see whats going on is for me to get access to your server. Is it possible for you to give me your FTP login credentials?

    Ok I think the problem is the way you named the plugin folder. I see that you changed the name to “Tag Manager”. Try to reinstall the plugin with the folder named something like “wpsite_tag_manager”. Let me know if this fixes things for you.

    Ok I understand the question now. It would be a big help if you could supply your WordPress admin login credentials so I can see why the tags are not saving. If you do supply these credentials please make sure to make the post as private.

    Hello,

    Im glad you like the plugin so far and that its working for posts and pages. However, I am confused about what your problem is. So you have selected on the settings page to display the default WordPress Tags Panel. Just so you understand, the new WPsite Tags Panel and the default WordPress tags panel will work independently. So if you already have 5 tags in a post and then install this plugin, those 5 tags will still be there. If you then include 3 more tags through the WPsite Tags Panel then your post will have 8 tags. As you can see these two panels are mutually exclusive and do not depend on each other. Thats why we offer the option to include or exclude the default WordPress Tags Panel, because you don’t necessarily need it.

    Now I don’t understand what you mean by Media Library. Are you talking about the Media Library that WordPress uses to store images? If so, then it is correct that the WPsite Tags Panel is not there because images do not have tags. This is the part that is confusing to me because your stating that the Tag Manager works there. However, on my site there is no Tag Manager Panel in my Media Library, which is intended.

    Overall, if you can be a little clearer on where the Tag Manger Panel is being show that would be helpful. For example, explain where exactly this Tag Manager Panel is showing (i.e. under the Posts->Add New menu page).

    Ok so how this plugin works is that it completely takeover your background image and allows you to have two clickable regions right and left. So all you have to do is add your background image to the plugin and specific the two different links you want. These links will be clickable for the entirely of the right and left sides. We do not divide top and bottom for clickable zones. So if you are wondering if there would ever be a feature that allows 4 clickable zones: top-right, top-left, bottom-right, bottom-left; the answer is maybe. We will consider something like in the future.

    Also I noticed that you have a custom wordpress theme and in order for this plugin to work properly you will have to edit one setting. After you update the plugin, go the all ads page. Once there scroll down until you see a box called Clickable Zones Not Working?. Expand this box and enter html as the value and hit save.

    Code Canyon usually takes anywhere form 3 hours to 3 days. It is totally depended on how busy they are.

    To answer your question about updating the plugin to allow other clickable regions besides right and left, what exactly are you thinking about?

    Ok I think I have solved the problem without needing access to your WordPress admin dashboard. I have sent an update request to Code Canyon for the plugin and you should receive an email once it has been approved.

    Ok im glad that everything is back to normal. I am not sure how your site is setup but I am unable to access your site at all. When I go to aawrestlingleague.org it says that the server has not been found. How are you accessing this site? Is this a live site?

    I am not able to access http://www.aawrestlingleague.org, but I am able to access http://aawrestling.sportszonedesigns.com. Which one of these urls is the site you have background takeover installed on?

    We went over the plugin again and made some more changes to the process of adding and deleting tags. We made sure that it was impossible for a user to enter in any invalid characters to a tag. These are any characters that are non-alphabetical (except “-“) or a space. Once you upgrade the plugin you will see all that all the tags in your tag universe have changed. This is only because you have whitespace in your tag names (this is was an error of ours not yours).

    We are sorry for this inconvenience. If you have any troubles at all with this new upgrade please let us know immediately. The most important part of our business is to make our customers happy. So please do not hesitate to tell us about any features that don’t work or that you believe can be added or improved upon.

    We will submit the newest version, 1.3, to Code Canyon today. You will receive an email once it has been approved and released.
