    Add background-size: cover !important; to body[style] tag

    body[style] {
        background-position: left top !important;
        background-size: cover !important;
    }

    For different photos?
    Response: Use Photoshop or similar editor to make an image where on one side you have an ad and on the other side you have another ad and center is empty spaces. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/FKybSxM

    You have image 1 on one side and image 2 on the other side and center is empty

    No problem. Yes, it is possible. For that you need to follow the instruction I mentioned above for positioning the background image properly and for different links on both side click on “Two Links” on our plugin(see screenshots https://ibb.co/0q2DvHq)

    Hi – I just updated the page by modifying the following CSS and we also updated style option from our plugin to horizontal(repeat-x)(see https://ibb.co/DVd9phq) now ads are on both side.

    background-position: 3em 0 !important;

    Best solution for adding ads on both side is if you can create a single image where you have ads on two sides of the image and center is empty. If you do that then just remove the css we added and you’ll have properly positioned “two” ads on both side.

    Please let us know if you need help with anything else.

    Thanks

    Hi again,

    Issue was solved by adding the following CSS. You can add more style under this tag for modifying the position of the background.

    body[style]{
       background-position: left top !important;
    }

    Please let us know if you need help with anything else.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    Thank you for contacting support. Sometimes due to theme CSS conflicts background is hidden behind main content of the page. We looked into your site and found that is the case. Please try adding the following CSS to make background visible.

    body{
      background-position: left center !important;
    }

    or

    body{
      background-position: right center !important;
    }

    Please let us know if you have any problem.

    Thank you

    Hi Tony – We checked our plugin on our testing environment and it works perfectly fine. After testing the plugin on your server, it seems the problem is occurring specifically to your server only. We have narrowed it down to two possible reasons: 1. Server: it is possible that your server is already preconfigured for caching in a way that conflicts with WP Super Cache resulting the problem with the plugin that utilizes JavaScript Synchronous Request. 2. Caching Plugin: plugin setting changes we mentioned above should have worked but it didn’t so we suggest trying different caching plugin or no caching plugin at all.

    This is the first time we are seeing such issue with our plugin. We need more testing environment like yours so that we can tell you exactly what changes needed. We will get back to as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

    We are working on the issue and we will keep you updated.

    Meanwhile, please check if the following info solves your problem –

    Exclude Pages in WP Super Cache: Go to the plugin’s settings and in Advanced, select the accepted filenames and rejected URIs to add the URLs you wish to exclude. Save your new settings and you should be good to go.

    Hi Tony – Thank you for contacting support. Usually after installing a caching plugin we face some unusual issue on dynamic pages, one of them is information on dynamic page not updating instantly after some changes are made.

    Here’s the solution to the problem:

    1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Click on WP Super Cache under Settings
    3. Click on Advance tab
    4. Locate Cache Timeout and set it to 0 seconds
    5. Press Change Expiration when done
    6. Now scroll to top and press Preload tab
    7. Set Refresh preloaded cache files every to 0 minutes
    8. Press Save Settings when done.
    9. Lastly Delete Cache, you’ll see a link to delete cache on top dashboard nav bar

    Please test it out and let us know if you face any issue.

    We Strongly Suggest You Test It Out On A Staging Server

    Thanks

    Hello Tony – Thank you for contacting support.

    We tested this on our end, and we were unable to replicate this situtation across multiple installs. Can you please tell us the total number of posts on your website? Additionally, as we have not received any other issues similar to this particular one, it seems like this might be case of a plugin/theme conflict.

    After exhausting all other forms of debugging it might be best to check for plugin or theme conflicts.  Plugin or theme conflicts can cause our product to function unexpectedly or not at all, which is why testing for this conflict is very important.

    We recommend that you perform this test on your staging site and that you backup your site.  If you do not have a staging site then you might not be able to perform this test as deactivating plugins or your theme will greatly impact the look and functionality of your site.

    Before you perform this test please make sure you have the latest version of our productWordPress and PHP.

    1. Deactivate all other plugins on your site besides our plugin
    2.

    3. Test to see if the plugins features work as you would expect.  If they do work then you have a plugin conflict.  You should now activate each plugin on your site one by one until our plugin’s features do not work.  This will help you determine what plugin exactly is causing the conflict.
    4.

    5. If our product still is not functioning properly, then you can try to deactivate your theme to see if there is a theme conflict.  This is a last resort and should only be done if you have a staging site or your site has not gone live yet.  If our product works after deactivating your theme then you have a theme conflicts, but if our product still does not work then it appears that our product has a bug.
    6.

    7. If you have completed all of these tests and our product does not function properly with a default WordPress theme like twenty seventeen and all plugins deactivated, then it seems that our product has a bug and we will continue to work with you to solve this issue.

    Please let us know if you have any questions about this conflict testing procedure.
