KeymasterHello Clayton! – Thank you for contacting support.
Can you please provide us with the link to your website?
Additionally – It seems like you will have to edit the image to make sure that the white space is greater than or equal to the content-width of the main content area of your website(in pixels).
Hope this helps,

KeymasterHello Clayton – It seems like we are able to see the background image, however, the ad is not clickable.
Since all themes are built differently and created by various developers, your website structure may be unique compared to most standard WP sites. Luckily, we anticipated such a scenario and it requires a very simple step to address issues with clickable zones or background takeover images being visible for specific WordPress themes. Please follow the instructions below:
- Go to your All Ads page and scroll down until you see a box labeled Advanced Settings.
- Open this setting box and change the Main DOM Element for clickable area from body to .td-theme-wrap
- Click Save Settings.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with today. All the best.

ParticipantI performed the items you listed and it still did not work in getting the image to center to be properly seen on smaller screens.

KeymasterHello Clayton – The directions we provided were to make the background clickable.
For the image to center on smaller screens, you will have to design the image as we instructed so that at smaller screens, it fits the screen and leaves enough place in the middle for the content area.

KeymasterHello Clayton – The template we provided is an example template that helps you build your ad background images. Every website will have a different look on different screen sizes. Therefore, no image will fit perfectly for all screen sizes. Based on YOUR website structure, you would have to edit the PSD to make sure it fits/displays perfectly at the lowest screen-size you would like to display the advertisement on so that it adjusts best at higher screen sizes. However, we have initiated a refund on our end. It should reflect in your account in 8-10 business days.
