Hi I just recently purchased the plugin and once activated Visual Composer disappear so I’m wondering if you have a fix for this issue, otherwise I should erase your plug to be able to maintain the site. Any help would be very appreciate. Thanks.

Please make sure that all other plugins are deactivated besides Visual Composer and WP Popular Posts when check compatibility. Sometimes a third plugin might really be the conflict. This will help us determine that.

Thanks for such a fast reply. It’s already checked and the issue is clear as the site works smoothly until I activate your plug, if I deactivate everything turns to normal, and so once and once again.

After testing both WP Popular Posts Pro and Visual Composer together there seems to be zero compatibility issues. I only have those two plugins active and every feature for each plug works just fine.
This is why I think there is another plugin on your site that is causing the conflict.
Can you please try to deactivate all other plugins besides WP Popular Posts and Visual Composer to see if the conflict is just between these two plugins?June 12, 2015 at 2:25 pm #5006weebooParticipant
The big deal here is that my site was working until I’ve installed your plugin.. if there’s a combination of plugs that makes a crash with yours, honestly this is something I can’t care about as all the others are main plugs for my site so I don’t want to replace any.
Hope you understand my intention when purchasing your plug was to set up a popular post section in my already built site, not revamp the whole site to be able to place your plug.
So if there’s not any fix for that I would appreciate if you can manage a refund so I can move on and find another one that compiles with my site plugins. Thanks.

Product refunds are actually completely out of our hands since we do not dictate the terms of the refund policy, the Envato Marketplace does. Envato controls all the marketplace purchases which means that we have no control over refunds or any other type of transaction. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
We still really want to help you can fix this issue, but since we are unable to recreate the error it is impossible for us to determine what is causing the problem.
WordPress is an open source ecosystem with many plugins and themes that do not follow WordPress best practices. Since there are no regulations in place you can download any time of plugin that has not gone through a proper security check of compatibly check. This is why it may seem that our plugin is causing the conflict, but most of the time it is another plugin conflict with us.
Like I stated earlier if this is truly an issue with our plugin then we will fix it immediately, but though are testing we find there to be no compatibility issue with Visual Composer and WP Popular Posts. This is why I asked if you were able to deactivate other plugins on your site, since this will let us know which plugin is causing the conflict.
If you are unable to do this, then we are unable to properly help you since we do not know what other plugins you have installed and activated. So the only real way to determining the problem for your exact WordPress setup is to go through is testing phase. If you do not want to do this or feel that it is necessary then you can absolutely request a refund with Envato :)
