    Howdy folks!

    I’ve created a shortcode for an image-only CTA. It will work if I set it to display at top of post content, bottom of post content, or after XX number of paragraphs, but if I set it to “Do not display automatically” it won’t show up. I tried inserting the shortcode with “Display Manually” checked in the Display Conditions, and when that didn’t work, I tried unchecking that setting. No luck.

    I need to be able to control where these shortcodes are placed. I also will ultimately need to be able to do a search and replace of the existing shortcodes from our Joomla installation and swap them out with the new ones.

    Would appreciate your help here…

    Thanks!

    Terry

    Hello Terry,

    Welcome to the community :)

    We have identified the bug you have described and it is not fixed. Please make sure you update to the latest version, 1.1.1.

    If you have any other questions or need helping in any way please let me know.

    Thanks for that! I got it to display.

    Next question: how do I get an image to align center? I tried aligning the shortcode, but that didn’t work. Then I added custom CSS to the style, like this:

    {
        text-align: center;
    }

    That didn’t work either.

    One other thing: if I clear the background color on a widget, I would assume the background would be transparent, but it’s not – it appears to default to white even if it’s cleared. It would be awesome to not have to specify that with each new CTA.

    Thanks!

    Terry

    Im glad that the shortcode problem is now solved :)

    For the other problems it would really help to see exactly what you are talking about. Can you please include the links to the pages where you are displaying these optins?

    So the widget codes seem to work just fine, but from looking at your site you seem to not have added it correctly because the !important part of the CSS code is not there.

    Please make sure the Custom CSS looks like this:

    .nnr-of-wrap.nnr-of-wrap-7 .nnr-of-container {
        background-color: transparent !important;
    }

    Also, if you duplicate an Optin it will contain the Custom CSS so you won’t need to worry, but the alignment issue is caused by your theme mainly. It defaults to aligning an image to the left.

    Yes you are correct that when you create a new Optin the IDs will not match. Here is a different solution.

    Here is the CSS code to center any image within an Optin of type “In Post Content”

    .nnr-of-wrap[data-type="4"] div.nnr-of-image img {
         margin: 0 auto !important;
    }

    Here is the CSS code to make the background color for all Optins of type “Widget”

    .nnr-of-wrap[data-type="5"] .nnr-of-container {
        background-color: transparent !important;
    }

    You can add this to your theme’s CSS so that these changes are global to the site.

    Thanks, Kyle – I’ll give that a try!

    Much appreciated!
