“INVALID LICENSE KEY: The license key is not valid please try again. You can find your license key ”
Best regardsNovember 24, 2015 at 8:26 am #12942
I am not sure why this error is still showing up on your page but I see that your license key is valid and everything is working just fine. I will have another look to see if there is something wrong with the authentication process.
If you want to see all active sites for your license keys and manage them, then please read out documentation page.November 30, 2015 at 9:12 am #13553
Were you able to see your active sites form the directions linked in the previous post? They explain how to manage all the sites you have active at once so that you can deactivate a site if are you already at your limit.December 15, 2015 at 6:03 am #14169
I don’t really understand what to. It seems that your help page is not consistent with what is displayed on my screen.
What I understand : 1/even if my licence key is called invalid, it works.
2/ I can’t share with Linkedin. I advise to click on disconnect then reconnect. BUT the disconnect button has no effect.
Best regardsDecember 15, 2015 at 8:21 am #14195
If you click the disconnect button on your LinkedIn account it does not disconnect it? Are you clicking this Disconnect button shown below?December 15, 2015 at 8:25 am #14196
Thanks for your quick anwser !
That’s it. It has no effect.December 15, 2015 at 9:23 am #14197
Can you please confirm that all of your LinkedIn API Keys and Tokens are set properly?December 15, 2015 at 11:01 am #14198
It used to work beforeDecember 15, 2015 at 12:15 pm #14200
When you open up your LinkedIn account and edit it do you have values for all three API Keys?
December 15, 2015 at 12:44 pm #14201
- API Key
- Secret Key
- OAuth User Token
yesDecember 15, 2015 at 7:57 pm #14212
The error you are getting to re-connect your account is because the OAuth User Token is not valid anymore. By disconnecting you account you essentially remove the OAuth User Token which tells Content Resharer that is needs to re-connect.
So what is happening to you is that the disconnect is not removing your OAuth User Token which is making is stay connected even those the OAuth User Token is expired.
I am not unable to replicate this problem on any test server so I am not sure exactly why this is happening.
For now you can try to recreate a new account and add in the same LinkedIn API Key and Secret Keys. I will continue my testing in the meantime to see why this could be happening.December 16, 2015 at 11:35 am #14222
I tested this further and was still unable to replicate this error. Please confirm that if you create a new account and disconnect it that the functionality works. There may have been some backwards compatibility issues with with functionality if you have had Content Resharer for some time now.December 16, 2015 at 12:16 pm #14224
I would like to let you know that “Unsubscribe” is inoperant with other social media. It is not only Linkedin.
But it is not link with a specific social media as one on two “unsubscribe” works with twitter.
A clue : on 7 accounts, just 2 ‘unsubsribe” link works. I have search why this accounts are special. One answer : they have no space in their name and in their id.
I don’t know if it help ?December 16, 2015 at 2:55 pm #14226
What version of Content Resharer Pro do you have?December 16, 2015 at 3:42 pm #14233
3.1.1December 16, 2015 at 3:48 pm #14238
Please try to deactivate and the re-activate the plugin. This will make Content Resharer Pro perform update functions to help better organize your accounts and their automatic sharing features.
After you do this please let me know if you are able to disconnect your accounts.December 16, 2015 at 4:08 pm #14242
It works now.
The account Id was been updated.
Did the problem come from the space in the id name ?
Thank you for your help !December 16, 2015 at 4:28 pm #14243
With the update to 3.1.0 Content Resharer Pro fixed the problem with having invalid characters within an account name like a space. We perform this fix upon the plugin being activated.
Normally this function would run by itself but for your case it must not have run so once you deactivated and then reactivated it the process ran and everything fixed itself :)
If you experience any other problems please let me know.December 17, 2015 at 8:00 am #14247
Sorry I have to say that : I still have problems !
I can’t send twitter message.
When I click on “reshare now” I just have a “FAILED” message which is not very explicit.December 17, 2015 at 8:40 am #14248
On the Reshare Now page you will see a Panel at the bottom labeled response. Please click on this panel to see the exact response from Twitter as to why the post failed.
Also, please try to turn each account OFF and then ON again so you can reset the automatic posting functionality.
