My problem is deleting tags. One that I entered, will not delete by clicking on the x for it. See clip: http://screencast.com/t/zZW551Rc
Perhaps because of the special character – not sure, but need to be able to get rid of it, and to know any rules about what can and cannot be used for tags.

Ok I understand the problem. Is there anyway that I could have admin access to your site to look at things. I watched the video but I would have to see it for myself to perform a diagnostic. If you give me a username and password please set the reply to private so no other users can see the login credentials.October 6, 2014 at 3:07 pm #5180
We develop and test our plugins on a blank WordPress install. So I highly advise that you deactivate your plugins one by one and test to see if you can delete tags. Maybe start off with Convert Player Pro since I saw some errors from that plugin first.
Let me know if the plugin works after deactivating your plugins.October 6, 2014 at 6:24 pm #5179
I hoped you watched my video and read my note – it is only the one tag that will not delete. I showed you me adding and deleting tags – but that one would not delete with the special character in it. I have deactivated all the plugins but yours with the same result.
Do you understand the issue I have outlined?October 6, 2014 at 7:15 pm #5178
Sorry about the confusion before. To reiterate, you can delete some tags, but “both-and-w/primary” cannot be deleted.
This is an issue with jQuery not being able to pares the character “/” in a HTML DOM element. Overall, this is a bug in our plugin which we will fix as soon as possible. Once the plugin update is approved by Code Canyon you should receive an email. Either or I will post to this thread when the update is published. :)October 6, 2014 at 8:44 pm #5177
Right on – thx much!October 7, 2014 at 1:58 am #5176
Ok – I got the update from codecanyon. I deactivated, deleted the plugin and data, and installed the new version 1.2. However, the update blew away the tags I had already put in.October 7, 2014 at 6:15 am #5175
Thats surprising. During our testing it did not do the same for us. Did all tags get deleted even from your posts? Or were tags only from the tag universe?
I will look into this problem further so please do not add any more tags or perform changes to your tag universe.October 7, 2014 at 7:46 am #5174
We went over the plugin again and made some more changes to the process of adding and deleting tags. We made sure that it was impossible for a user to enter in any invalid characters to a tag. These are any characters that are non-alphabetical (except “-“) or a space. Once you upgrade the plugin you will see all that all the tags in your tag universe have changed. This is only because you have whitespace in your tag names (this is was an error of ours not yours).
We are sorry for this inconvenience. If you have any troubles at all with this new upgrade please let us know immediately. The most important part of our business is to make our customers happy. So please do not hesitate to tell us about any features that don’t work or that you believe can be added or improved upon.
We will submit the newest version, 1.3, to Code Canyon today. You will receive an email once it has been approved and released.October 7, 2014 at 9:12 am #5173
The latest version (1.3) is now published on Code Canyon.October 7, 2014 at 3:10 pm #5172
Great, thanks. I’ll upgrade asap. I had already reentered my tags – but will try to check the database for strays when I get the chance.
Appreciate that you guys are making the corrections right away – will look forward to using this plugin and see where you guys take it with new features etc.

Was the problem solved for you once you updated the plugin?
