ParticipantHi,
I’ve been reading through the forum to try and fix my problem but I have not had any success.
The background loads fine (after modifying the template) but I can’t click on it. Putting ANYTHING other than “body” in the Main DOM Element for clickable area settings does not load the background image.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

KeymasterHello Colin,
Welcome to the community :)
Since all themes are built differently and created by various developers, your website structure may be unique compared to most standard WP sites. Luckily, we anticipated such a scenario and it requires a very simple step to address issues with clickable zones or background takeover images being visible for specific WordPress themes. Please follow the instructions below:
- Go to your All Ads page and scroll down until you see a box labeled Advanced Settings.
- Open this setting box and change the Main DOM Element for clickable area from body to html
- Click Save Settings.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with today. All the best.

ParticipantHaving a variety of issues… Using cyberchimps theme iFeature Pro 5… url http://www.catamounttrail.org
When Main DOM set to “body”… image displays, and there is a clickable area, but it’s restricted to the very top of the page and is very small… totally unusable.
When Main DOM set to “html”… no image, no clickable area.
When Main DOM set to something like .container… total fuckery.
Also noticed that the background images don’t seem to display at all on Safari or Firefox… just Chrome.
I understand there is a ton of variability with open software such as WP… But for such an expensive plugin this seems pretty buggy.
