Sorry to hear that you are experiencing these problems. We will help you solve these issues as soon as possible. In the meantime is it possible for you to deactivate all other plugins besides Content Fire and then see if these bugs persist? This will help us to determine if this is a plugin conflict.
If you cannot deactivate your plugins can you give us login credentials to your testing site or live site? We can then go into your backend to see what is causing these issues.
We normally do not ask for credentials but since we are unable to replicate this error on our test sites we cannot probably determine how to solve the problem.
